As co-founder in collaboration with Caransa, this ambitious project encompasses 100,000 square meters across three towers, each rising 80 meters, with a total electrical capacity of 100MVA serving the datacenter sector.
Located on the Donauweg in Amsterdam's Westpoort area, the development capitalizes on Amsterdam's position as one of Europe's three major datacenter hubs alongside London and Frankfurt. The Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX) is one of the world's largest internet hubs, and the backbone of the internet runs directly through Westpoort, making this an ideal location for hyperscale datacenter development.
The project demonstrates significant strategic ambition beyond hospitality into technology infrastructure. Currently under construction, the development has secured full acquisition, development coordination, and involvement through irrevocable building permit.
